To help prevent disease and heal disease, you need to look at your body as an entire, whole system. This system includes focussing on your intention and environments you aim to create within yourself and your surroundings through practicing proper breathing, eating healthy and consuming more water, as well as having adequate rest.

Emotions and traumatic events have an impact on this soul level, so be aware of your higher self and that you are energy that is consistently changing and evolving on a day-to-day basis. This will help balance the mind, body, heart and spirit/soul connection through opening up your chakra centres. These chakra centres can open up your Kundalini energy flow, which will allow you to interact with your “Right Brain” and create new conscious thoughts in this new age of Aquarius, being more in tune with the frequency shift within the dynamacies of the universal energy flow of consciousness.

All of this can have a significant impact on your health. It is time to become aware! If you listen to your body on the soul level, it will undoubtedly be your guide, your healer, and in turn, you will not need to seek advice from anyone else.
